Woah, I've been MIA for quite some time~

I bet most of you will not realize this post because nobody clicks on cheryldotlee.blogspot.com to check whether there's any update anymore :'(

There were so much to update but I just didn't have the time previously. Ever since final ended on the 15th, today is the first day I've time to really sit down and have all my deep thoughts typed out. And so, this post alone will covers my entire December :)

Hmm... where should I begin? Okie let's start with the last final paper shall we? The moment I stepped out of my last battlefield, I was attacked by various viruses, resulted in sore throat, fever, bone pain & headache :(

Having said that, I still went to snowflake with my classmates because it was all planned. Have to celevrate our last paper right right :P

Without having much time to rest, I worked my head off for:

Last bus-waiting at HELP *hopefully*

I'm considered a graduate provided all 4 papers of mine can pass. Results will be released this coming January. Fingers crossed, I'll pass I'll pass~

For those of you who use to follow my blog, remember I said that my thesis 1 report contained not only paper & ink but also tears & blood & sleep debt? Well, this *thesis 2* is way beyond. It not only contains tears & blood & sleep debt, but also my flesh & DNA, haha.

Okie enough crap. I'm just too excited *kick journals & books aside*
Let's see what's left for this final semester.

Final countdown:

• IO presentation: 7 days
• Thesis defense: 9 days
• IO documentary: 10 days
• Final examination: 2 weeks time

Okie, I realized I shouldn't be too relax *collect back my books*, there're still so many things to be done :(

Anyway let me let loose tonight, just tonight, weeee~

This is my breakfast + lunch + dinner for today.
Kind of used to one meal per day after EMERGE.

Final thesis

This is the 287546356296th day of me sitting in a wifi cafe.

Coffee overdose + sleep debt accumulation till the max. Rushing back to back between church events, University colloquium & thesis report. I'm spiritually charged but physically tired.

Can't wait for tomorrow to come to pass :)

Finally...

Thesis report 1 had come to an end.

Looking at this thick stack of papers, I would say it contains not only black printing inks but also uncountable efforts, sweat, tears, brain juices, stress, sleep debt, hungry late nights, breakouts....

Now I'm set free from jail, yay~~~

1 month of carefree holiday before Thesis 2 comes hit me right on my face. *don't think don't think first~*

Btw, I'd like to thank all smart friends who've helped me with Thesis 1. You saved a statistic noob on earth, haha.

Thesis presentation

Last night:
1. was driven crazy by my gan jiong-ness
2. busy phoning my smart friends to confirm what SPSS tests to run for thesis
3. disturbed another smart friend on MSN regarding the same matter -.-'''
4. continuosly practised my presentation until my brother feel like asking me to shut up, haha
5. edited the slides over & over again

This morning:
1. steadily drove to Uni
2. suprised by Wisma HELP's new token system
3. realized I FORGOT to print out my slides for the co-marker *insert thunder sound effect*
4. ran up level 9 to print the slides
5. after I clicked the "print" button, the staff immediatly closed the printing booth leaving me stunned on the ground @.@
6. hopelessly ran down to my presentation venue.. haihz
7. found that the co-marker didn't use projecter *meaning I MUST print out the slides for him*
8. ran up to level 9 again, praying hard for the printing booth to be opened
9. yay, the booth was opened gain!!! printed my slides, ran back to my venue
10. *grasping for breath*
11. went in to present
12. my co-marker is really a nice man, needless to say, everything went on well :)
13. I'd rate myself 13/15 for thesis presentation, hohoz..
14. freaked out by Wisma HELP's parking rate. It increased 3 times higher!!!
15. woah, such a long list... are you still reading? haha...

After thesis presentation:
1. finally got time to cut finger nails, hehe


2. Did a little makeover for Blacksugar. A rough idea first, will update bout this when I found more materials.


3. Re-arange all books to get prepared for next semester. Woah, didn't realize I own so many books...


Of all subjects I've least interest on Counseling. Their theories are way too subjective.

Hah... I used to be very hardworking last time :P

4. Found my mini poladroid!!!!!

5. Able to sleep soundly without worrying anything :)

Bpsych Colloquium

Finally, the last project has ended along with colloquium today. Awww... major burden all gone~ Why major? Simply because there's still final papers & thesis, duh~

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank those who had tolerated & comforted my unpredictable assignment mood from time to time :) Thanks for making my life so much better.

The latest project for colloquium which I've been busy with past few days:

Day 1: Got all material & information ready

Day 2: Shaped boards + pasted information

Worked with the model till the next morning without sleep @.@

Day 3: Model got connected, proceeded to the tittle.

Day 4: Couldn't sleep well kept thinking of how to get the model to stand.

Somehow I managed to figure out how *you'll get to know later. oh, for those who've seen the model you already know la plz dont laugh @.@*

HELP Uni's Bpsych colloquium day.

Colloquium is basically like an exhibition, plus some poster defenses & thesis presentations.

Woah, speaking about thesis presentation, the next colloquium will be my turn, argg... time flies doesn't it?

Nah.... it was placed at the back so that people wouldn't be able to notice its distracting "supports", hohoz.

Don't ask me why I supported the display using these k, not like I've other choices *was completing it middle of the night*. But surprisingly, my "supports" are much more secure that what I thought.

反醒中...

算是打败战了。

一点都不出奇。没有基础，要怎么抵抗得了攻击？

没有谁的错，只能怪自己research得不够全面。

这场战没有血腥没有皮肉之痛；却引起了良心不安的我。

Assessment 过了几个钟但我还在反复思考可以怎样改进，

什么不懂的都想弄懂。

教授果然非同凡响，

攻的不是成绩而是心理。

我得早日弄明白所有的不明白。

值得欣慰的是：

合作的组员们都很好相处，

外加对questionnaire development 的知识。

*现在才知道这是件难事*

I'll have....

• a 1.5 hour oral defense / assessment with Dr Hera tomorrow.
• to try my best finishing discussion part for lab report within 24 hours so that other members can do the final edition.

My mind was working like a split-brain the entire day, couldn't focus on neither assessment nor lab report. Ah... must be those nervous bugs, they're back.

Finally...

Rush period is over, phew~~~
1 more lab report & visual display then I'm all ready for holiday!!! Opps, I mean....final T_T

Time check: 4.09 a.m.
I'm starting on 206 Abnormal Psy group assignment :)

Nope, I'm not staying up late but waking up early to get things done. Was having headache severely at 12a.m I couldn't even write a single line for definition. The Brain just refused to function.

So I thought: why not sleep now and then wake up at 4 a.m to continue?
Having no time to lose, the brain off machine itself. fingers set for alarm. and head hit straight on living room's pillow. bang. ZzzzZzzzzzzzZZzzZzzzzzzz~

Actually I did not expect myself to really wake up @.@ when I'm too tired I'll tend to off the alarm *unconsciously* and back to sleep. So in a way I was just trying to make myself feel better earlier on. heh. by saying I should " wake up at 4 a.m to continue."

Suprisingly, I've no problem waking up this time.
With mind uber fresh and alert, definitely better than few hours before this :)
Should start having assignment routines like this for the sake of my health & also horrible dark circles *sigh*

But but... living room's sofa is not as comfy as my own bed :(
And and... I'm hungry now *Mcdonalds' anyone?*

Beware, waves attack !!!

Overslept this morning and was late for my 8am class @.@

Been doing 4 assignments at the same time, which explains why the brain is all messed up even when I'm sleeping.

I keep dreaming bout assignment assignment & assignment only, this is horrible my gosh!!!!! Sleep also thinking about them T_T

I guess this was the reason why I didn't heard the alarm rang *comforting self*



Nevertheless, today is another lucky day for me :)

The only bad thing is that... I have not enough coins to pay for the entire day's ticket. Only the first 2 hours were paid and I dare to leave my tofu like that until 5pm.

Sometimes I do salute myself cause I've no idea what am I thinking -.-'''



Not suprisingly, DBKL awarded me this for my bravery wtf.

After 2 years of hide and seek with the DBKL *around Uni* this is my first summon :)
